Customer Service

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days. This applies to standard products purchased online. To exercise this right, the customer must notify Mariekke Jansen in writing within the 14 day period.

Once withdrawal has been confirmed, the product must be returned within 14 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. For oversized items, shipping costs are available on request. Refunds will be issued once the product has been received or once proof of shipment has been provided. Refunds include the original delivery costs, unless a more expensive delivery option was chosen by the customer. Any decrease in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the product will be deducted.

Custom made and made to order items

Custom made and made to order pieces fall outside the right of withdrawal. Changes or cancellations are only possible with our consent and follow the conditions described in our general terms and conditions, which may include cancellation fees depending on the stage of production.

Showroom models and sample sale items

These items are final sale and cannot be returned. Customers accept the condition of the product at the moment of purchase.
