Our products are crafted to meet the highest standards of quality and normal use. If a manufacturing defect occurs, we offer repair, replacement, an appropriate price adjustment or, when necessary, a refund of the invoiced amount including paid shipping costs.

We provide a ten year warranty on manufacturing defects. Coverage of shipping and travel costs decreases gradually over time. The warranty does not apply to situations outlined in our general terms and conditions or to items used in ways other than intended.

The Mariekke Jansen Product Warranty is part of our company’s commitment to sustainability. We design furniture to last, and our warranty reflects this long term approach.

All details regarding colours, materials, dimensions and finishes are indicative. Minor or technically acceptable variations do not qualify as defects. Showroom models and sample sale items fall outside the warranty.
